Davante Adams enters his second season with the Los Angeles Rams after a solid first year in 2025.
The wide receiver, signed a two year deal with the team in March 2025. He finished the regular season with 60 receptions for 789 yards and a league high 14 receiving touchdowns in 14 games. Adams helped the Rams reach the NFC Championship game, where they fell short.
The Rams recently posted on social media about “Year 2 for tae15adams in horns,” highlighting his continued role on the roster. The veteran brings experience and leadership to a receiver group that includes Puka Nacua. Quarterback Matthew Stafford and head coach Sean McVay have worked with Adams to integrate his route running skills into the offense.
Offseason reports noted the team explored trading Adams but decided to keep him. The Rams added depth at wide receiver through the draft, including Miami’s CJ Daniels, creating more options alongside Adams and Nacua.
Adams has stayed active in community work and team events during the offseason. At age 33, he provides a steady presence as the Rams prepare for training camp and the 2026 season. His production and veteran approach connect directly to the team’s efforts to build on last year’s playoff appearance.
