Tyreek Hill posted a workout video on Wednesday detailing his progress from a severe left knee injury. The free agent wide receiver said he still has no power in his left leg about 10 months after two surgeries.

Hill suffered a dislocated left knee and multiple ligament tears, including his ACL, in Week 4 of the 2025 season. The injury occurred during a game against the New York Jets while he played for the Miami Dolphins. He missed the rest of that season.

In the video, Hill explained his current condition. “So it’s about 10 months after doing two surgeries,” he said. “My left leg is the one that I injured. I have no power in my left leg, so I’m trying to regain all the power back in my left leg. But it’s one day at a time.”

Hill noted that doctors told him he might not be able to walk again after the injury. He said he now feels good and is working through rehabilitation. The video showed him performing various exercises, including some short running. He stated he was not supposed to do the running yet but wanted to challenge himself.

The Miami Dolphins released Hill in February 2026. This made him a free agent for the first time in his 10 year NFL career. Hill is 32 years old. He previously played for the Kansas City Chiefs before joining the Dolphins.

Hill has shared updates on his recovery throughout the offseason. He indicated that his timeline looks good but did not provide a specific date for a possible return to the field. He continues to focus on regaining strength in the injured leg.

The injury ended Hill’s 2025 season after four games. He remains unsigned as NFL teams prepare for the 2026 season. Hill has expressed confidence in his rehabilitation process while working independently.
