Monken mentioned a text from Jackson after he got the Browns job. He replied with a joke about blitzing Jackson every third down. The two shared a strong working relationship during his time in Baltimore.
Monken now leads the Browns as a first time NFL head coach. He joined Cleveland earlier in 2026 after his Ravens stint. The focus shifts to building the Browns offense with his scheme.
