Pearce informed Jax that the final SummerSlam Qualifying Match would feature Giulia against Lash Legend. The winner of that bout will earn the last remaining spot in the five woman ladder match for the interim WWE Women’s Championship at SummerSlam.
The ladder match is scheduled for the two night SummerSlam event on August 1 and 2 at U.S. Bank Stadium in Minneapolis. Several competitors have already secured their places in the match, including Tiffany Stratton, Jade Cargill, and Chelsea Green. Charlotte Flair earned her spot with the disqualification victory over Jax.
Giulia, who competes under the ring name associated with her Japanese background, and Lash Legend will face off to determine the fifth participant. The match was announced directly to Jax during the segment following her complaint.
