All Elite Wrestling will present its inaugural Redemption pay per view event on Sunday, July 26, at the Bell Centre in Montreal, Quebec.
Kenny Omega will defend the AEW World Championship against Kevin Knight in the main event. Omega recently captured the title and will make his first defense of the reign. Knight holds the TNT Championship heading into the match.
Thekla will defend the AEW Women’s World Championship against Willow Nightingale. Hikaru Shida will put the AEW TBS Championship on the line against Maya World. Kyle Fletcher will defend the AEW International Championship against Bandido. Mark Davis will defend the AEW National Championship against Andrade El Idolo.
Christian Cage and Adam Copeland will defend the AEW World Tag Team Championship against PAC and Claudio Castagnoli. Will Ospreay and Jon Moxley are scheduled to face The Young Bucks, consisting of Matt Jackson and Nick Jackson, in a tag team match.
Chris Jericho, competing as The Painmaker, will face Tommaso Ciampa in a No Holds Barred match. Jay White and Juice Robinson of the Bang Bang Gang will meet The Dogs, made up of David Finlay and Clark Connors, in a Double Chain Match. The card also includes a celebration of the Rougeau Wrestling Dynasty as part of the pre show.
The main card is set to begin at 7 p.m. Eastern Time. The event will air on traditional pay per view outlets and streaming platforms. Multiple championships are scheduled for defense across the card, with several matches featuring specific stipulations tied to ongoing rivalries between the involved wrestlers and teams.
