OutKick founder Clay Travis has offered $10 million for a basketball game between the defending WNBA champion Las Vegas Aces and a boys high school state championship team of his choice.
Travis announced the updated challenge on Monday. He said if the Aces win the game, they will receive the $10 million. If the high school boys team wins, that team will receive the money to distribute among its players.
Travis stated that all profits from the event would go to the Tunnel to Towers Foundation, which provides support to families of fallen first responders and service members.
Travis has made similar offers in previous years involving lower amounts. He raised the figure to $10 million this time. The Las Vegas Aces have won multiple recent WNBA titles and feature standout players including Aja Wilson.
The challenge comes during ongoing public discussion involving Indiana Fever guard Sophie Cunningham. Cunningham has publicly supported keeping women’s sports categories for biological females. Her comments have drawn both support and criticism within the WNBA community.
As of Tuesday, the Las Vegas Aces and the WNBA had not issued a public response accepting or rejecting the offer. Travis noted that multiple high school boys teams have contacted him expressing interest in participating.

The Aces are the current defending champions in the WNBA. The league continues its regular season schedule while the offer remains open. No date or location for a potential game has been set.
