The San Antonio Spurs defeated the New York Knicks in Game 3 of the 2026 NBA Finals on Monday night at Madison Square Garden.
The loss ended the Knicks 13 game playoff winning streak. Mikal Bridges scored just 2 points in the game, one of several quiet nights for the Knicks in the series so far. The Spurs took advantage and pulled out the road win.

New York had led the best-of-seven series 2-0 after winning the first two games in San Antonio. The Knicks now hold a 2-1 lead heading into Game 4 on Wednesday night, also at Madison Square Garden. Victor Wembanyama and the Spurs kept their season alive with the victory.
