Washington Mystics coach Sydney Johnson was ejected and escorted from the court by Atlanta police in the third quarter of Saturday night’s game against the Atlanta Dream.
Johnson received two technical fouls after a heated argument with officials over a foul call involving Dream forward Angel Reese. Coaches and players had to hold him back before security stepped in and walked him off the floor.

The Mystics lost the game 109-77. Johnson, who took over as head coach earlier this season, did not return to the bench after the ejection.
