Los Angeles Sparks guard Kelsey Plum will miss at least four weeks with a lower left leg injury, the team announced Wednesday.
Plum will be re evaluated in four weeks. The Sparks said further updates will come as appropriate. She appeared to deal with the issue in recent games, including one where her leg was wrapped.

Plum has been one of the top performers in the WNBA this season, averaging 23.9 points and 6.4 assists per game while shooting 52.7% from the field. Her production has been a key part of the Sparks offense.
The injury adds to challenges for the Sparks, who already navigated Plum's earlier right ankle issue this year. She remains an important piece for the team when healthy.
