The Chicago Sky have signed guard Aicha Coulibaly to a rest of season contract. The team announced the move on Sunday.
Coulibaly had been playing under a developmental contract this season. Those deals often limit the number of regular season appearances a player can make. This new agreement removes that restriction and keeps her with the Sky through the end of the year.
She was originally drafted by Chicago in the second round of the 2025 WNBA Draft out of Texas A&M. After missing her rookie year while recovering from an ACL injury, she returned this season and has seen action in several games. The 6 foot guard from Mali has provided energy and scoring off the bench in limited minutes.
The signing gives the Sky added depth and roster stability as the 2026 season continues.
