UFC flyweight Allan Nascimento died on Monday at the age of 34. UFC announced that he was found unresponsive after suffering an apparent heart attack in his sleep.
Medical responders treated Nascimento at the scene but pronounced him deceased.
Nascimento, known as “Puro Osso,” was a Brazilian fighter who competed in the flyweight division. He held a professional mixed martial arts record of 22-7. Inside the UFC, he compiled a 4-2 mark across six bouts.
He made his UFC debut in 2021. After an initial loss, Nascimento recorded consecutive wins against Jake Hadley, Carlos Hernandez, Jafel Filho, and Cody Durden. His most recent fight took place in June 2026, when he lost a split decision to Mitch Raposo.
Nascimento trained at the Chute Boxe academy under coach Diego Lima. He was a longtime training partner and teammate to several Brazilian fighters, including Charles Oliveira.
The UFC expressed condolences to Nascimento’s family, friends, teammates, and loved ones. Tributes from members of the MMA community followed the announcement.
Nascimento turned professional in 2011. He appeared on Dana White’s Contender Series earlier in his career before joining the UFC roster.
