WWE Superstar Sheamus posted photos of a deep gash on his head after an accident during a workout. He shared the images on social media and called it a “gym fail.”
Sheamus has been recovering from shoulder surgery since late 2025 and was training to return to the ring. The head wound comes as another setback while he works at the WWE Performance Center.
The Celtic Warrior has not said how long the injury might keep him out of action. He is a former WWE Champion and has been a regular presence on Raw and SmackDown in recent years.
