Vera Zvonareva and Aldila Sutjiadi reached the doubles final at the Bad Homburg Open after their semifinal opponents withdrew.
Xinyu Wang and Hsieh Su wei pulled out before the match due to injury concerns with Wang. The walkover sent Zvonareva and Sutjiadi into Sunday’s final.

The pair had earlier defeated Andreja Klepac and Nika Radisic in the quarterfinals to reach the semifinals. Zvonareva, a veteran Russian player, and Sutjiadi, an Indonesian player, now face Ellen Perez and Demi Schuurs for the title in the WTA 500 event on grass courts.
The final is set for Sunday at the tournament in Bad Homburg.
