Aldila Sutjiadi and Vera Zvonareva defeated Ellen Perez and Demi Schuurs 6-1, 4-6, 10-5 in the doubles final of the WTA 500 Bad Homburg Open on Saturday.
The pair took control early in the first set and held off a comeback in the second before closing out the match in the deciding super tiebreak. Sutjiadi and Zvonareva improved to 2-0 in finals as a team after winning their previous event together.

Perez and Schuurs, the third seeds, pushed the match to a third set but could not overcome the steady play from their opponents. The victory gives Zvonareva a return to the WTA doubles top 20. Sutjiadi, from Indonesia, continues her strong run on the tour.
