Belgian player Zizou Bergs took on Australia’s James McCabe in the first round of the HSBC Championships at Queen’s Club on Tuesday.
The grass court tournament serves as one of the last big warm ups before Wimbledon. Bergs, who has been dealing with an elbow issue earlier in the season, came into the match looking to build form on the surface.

McCabe called for a medical timeout in the third set while serving at 2-3. Fans notice the Australian appeared to be playing through a knee problem.
Bergs reached the second round at Monte Carlo earlier this year and has been working his way back after some injury setbacks. The match was still going when the timeout happened.
