Navajo Stirling defeated Ion Cutelaba by second round TKO on Saturday night at UFC Vegas 119.
Stirling, the undefeated prospect from City Kickboxing, unloaded punches and elbows to finish the veteran Cutelaba in the co main event. The stoppage came after Cutelaba absorbed heavy strikes and went down.
Cutelaba, a longtime light heavyweight with experience against top competition, started the fight aggressively but could not keep pace. Stirling improved to 5-0 with the win.
The bout was part of the Fight Night card headlined by Manel Kape versus Kyoji Horiguchi at the UFC Apex.
