World Cup Group Stage Action Continues on June 16

Four matches are set for Tuesday in the 2026 FIFA World Cup group stage. The expanded 48 team tournament features teams from around the world playing across North American venues.

Matches and schedule (all times Eastern):

  • Group I: France vs. Senegal, 3 p.m., MetLife Stadium, East Rutherford, New Jersey.

  • Group I: Iraq vs. Norway, 6 p.m., Gillette Stadium, Foxborough, Massachusetts.

  • Group J: Argentina vs. Algeria, 9 p.m., Arrowhead Stadium, Kansas City, Missouri.

  • Group J: Austria vs. Jordan, midnight (early Wednesday), Levi’s Stadium, Santa Clara, California.

France and Argentina enter as strong sides in their groups. The other matches pit competitive teams against each other in the opening phase of the tournament.

Where to watch in the United States:

FOX will carry three of the four games. FS1 will air the late match. All 104 World Cup matches stream live on FOX One, with many available in 4K. Spanish language coverage airs on Telemundo and Universo, with full streaming options on Peacock.
