Kirk Herbstreit is one of ESPN’s highest paid personalities, making about $20 million a year.
The longtime college football analyst and Thursday Night Football voice came up in discussions Tuesday after reports surfaced that Pat McAfee is negotiating a new deal that could pay him more than $60 million annually. That figure would make McAfee the network’s highest paid employee ever.

Stephen A. Smith and Troy Aikman also earn around the same $20 million range as Herbstreit.
Herbstreit has not addressed the contract reports. On Wednesday he posted a photo of a quiet lake day with his sons, enjoying some off season time before the fall schedule picks up.
