The national teams of Brazil and Morocco played to a 1-1 draw in their opening game of the 2026 FIFA World Cup group stage at MetLife Stadium in New Jersey.
Morocco took the lead in the first half when Ismael Saibari scored in the 21st minute. Brazil equalized soon after through a goal by Vinicius Junior in the 32nd minute.
Alisson Becker made important saves late in the match to help keep the score level. The result gave both teams one point each.
Brazil sits at the top of Group C on goal difference. The contest between morocco or brazil ended without a winner as each side earned a share of the points.
