The Cubs took a 1-0 lead in the fourth when Michael Conforto singled home Suzuki. The Padres scored twice to take the lead before the Cubs rallied late.
Suzuki has been a steady presence in the Cubs lineup this season. His hit gave Chicago its 10th walk off victory of the year. The Cubs improved their record with the series win against the Padres.
