Patrick Wisdom started at third base for the Mariners on Tuesday and made the most of his night, going 1-for-4 with a home run, 2 RBIs, and 2 runs scored in an 8–3 victory over New York.
Wisdom drew a walk as well, giving him a solid on-base showing. He connected for his homer to help Seattle pull away from the Mets early in the game.
The veteran infielder has provided pop off the bench and in the lineup for the Mariners when called upon this season.
